Quoc Lu: Fok Bo Chuen Lineage of White Crane Wing Chun (Fong Five Animal Wing Chun)

At the age of 60 years young, Master Quoc Lu is unequivically the real deal. I've had the pleasure of training and sparring with him many, many times. He is the epitomy of the legendary martial artists you hear about in stories of old. The tales of an old man easily defending himself against people half his age and younger.

His approach to the art of Wing Chun Kung Fu is probably one of the rarest forms that still exists today. His lineage stems from Fok Bo Chuen, an Imperial Constable of Foshan during the end of the Qing dynasty.

Master Lu's Wing Chun is VERY different than what you'd see from a Yip Man branch. His style uses five animals instead of the normal two animals found in most Wing Chun. His use of the butterfly swords is amazing as is his Wing Chun Gim.
