Ask Sifu Adam

Question:
After a good amount of research, I've learned that Wing Chun Kung Fu is one of today's most effective martial arts for realistic self-defense. I want to learn self-defense but what other benefits does Wing Chun offer?

Answer:
I get a lot of questions like this. People want to learn how to fight and they want to learn something good for the street rather than for sport. Others are interested in Wing Chun because they want to learn the art that Bruce Lee studied.

As the owner of Orange County's first institution dedicated to the art of Wing Chun, I am extremely lucky to be able to share the art that has given me more than I could ever ask. This provides me the unique opportunity to transfer ownership of the secret knowledge hidden within the art of Wing Chun - empowering people with the same unique self-development tools that have guided me.

These tools include strategies and principles universal to fighting as well as everyday life. It includes healthy posture, stress relief, learning to remain relaxed in the most chaotic of times, tools for fighting fatigue and keeping your energy levels at their optimum levels. In addition, Wing Chun opens your mind to new possibilities, you gain a higher level of self-awareness, develop cat-like reflexes, attain an uncommon level of balance and learn to get rid of the unessentials and simplify your life.

Basically, unlocking hidden potential is what I do... not just highly effective self-defense :)
